How long do the products take to start working?
Stress-less: Improvements are usually seen in most dogs within 5 to 10 days. The more highly strung or stressed dog, may take a litle longer.
Flex GLM: Improvements have been reported in 5 days but the average is 10 to 14 days, with severe cases taking longer.
Stamina Extra: Results are usually seen in around 3 to 7 days. Dogs with very little fat density, such as Greyhounds can take up to 3 weeks.This product can either be given daily or 3 days before specific exercise or competition.  

Is it safe to give my dog Nupafeed products when he is on prescription medicines from the Vet?
Yes, all of our products are safe to give along side prescription medicines and will not affect the reliability of any prescription medicine.

Is it safe to feed Nupafeed supplements long term?
All Nupafeed products are safe to give long term.

What is the best way to give Nupafeed supplements - before, after or with food?
All products given daily with food. For increased effect give Stress-less and Stamina Extra an hour after meal.

How much of the product should we feed? 
Stress-less: Liquid - 1ml per 10kg dog weight daily. Tablets - 1 tablet per 10kg dog weight daily.
Flex GLM: 1 tablet per 10kg dog weight - amount can be doubled for 4 days to speed up absorption.
Stamina Extra: 1ml per 10kg dog weight daily

Are your products safe for bitches in whelp/lactating and their puppies?
Yes, all of our products are safe. Infact, Stress-less is beneficial to keep the bitch calm and settled and the Stamina Extra would be beneficial in promoting strength/stamina to both bitch and puppy.

How long will the pot/bottle last?
Depends on size of the dog. See how much to feed.

How long will the product keep once opened?
If stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight with the lid securely fastened, products will last up to their expiry date.

Which is better for my dog, the tablets or the liquid?
Liquid is generally absorbed more efficiently by the body. However, the unique MAH^® content of our products ensures maximum absorption regardless of whether in liquid or tablet form.

My dog is frightened of thunderstorms. Can I give him a one-off large dose of Stress-less for immediate effect?
You can give a large one off dose and it would work, but it may give your dog a runny tummy as the stomach takes a few days to adjust. The liquid takes three hours to be absorbed, so if the dog has already started to become stressed or upset, it will not reverse the cycle.

Does Stress-less help dogs who are frightened of fireworks?
Yes, for specific times, when you know fireworks are likely, you can introduce Stress-less a few days before to help manage your dog's behaviour.

My dog barks continously for no apparent reason. Can Stress-less help reduce this behaviour?
If it is established that the barking is due to stress, anxiety, worry or insecurity, then yes, Stress-less will be of benefit.
