Delivery

Courier delivery:Our couriers are DPD.Parcels are collected from us between 4.30 and 5pm. We will try and get all orders out the same day but to be sure we ask that you order before 4pm.Deliveries to British Mainland areas should arrive the next working day. Deliveries to off-shore areas and the Scottish Highlands will take two working days. Our couriers are normally very reliable but we ask that you allow an extra day in case of any problems. If you have provided us with an email address or mobile phone number, DPD will notify you when they have received record of your shipment and for most areas they will also provide a 1hr delivery slot when your parcel should arrive. A signature is not required if you have provided us with a safe place where the driver can leave your parcel for you.

The Royal Mail 1st Class service:We use the Royal Mail for all light weight orders (dog products and syringe only orders).No signature is required.You may request our £5 courier delivery option if you would prefer.

International Delivery:

Nupafeed UK can deliver to most European countries. Delivery charge varies between £14 and £25 and will take from two to five days depending on your country. Please contact us for further information.
